2026 Awassi Sheep Sale

We have a great selection of Awassi Sheep for sale this year. All these animals are coming out of our breeding program and are being sold to make room for our new generations of milkers and breeders on our farm. Here is what we have available:

• Proven Ewes - We have three proven ewes who have been the backbone of our breeding and milking program. They are all milky, great mothers, and hearty. They consistently twin and always throw healthy and vigorous lambs. They each produce 3-4lbs of milk with AM lamb sharing and have consistent and long season lactation.

• Proven Rams - We have two proven rams who were our breeders last year when they were only 6 months old! These are excellent rams with great confirmation, big bodied, great fat tails, and are healthy and hearty. We are only moving them along to diversify our flock. Both these rams have scrapie resistance genes ARR/ARQ and can help ensure that your breeding scrapie resistance into your flock too.

• Unproven Rams - All unproven rams are only yearlings. While these rams have never been used for breeding they are all intact, with dropped testicles, and we feel confident that they will be great breeders for you. They have great confirmation and fat tails.

• Ram Lambs - We have a selection of ram lambs out of last years scrapie resistant rams who carry excellent traits for dairy, meat, and fat tail. Several are scrapie resistant. While these lambs were born in April - early May of this year, you may be able to use them as your breeders by November or December.
